Where: Why: Theme: Admission: 3 hours of cultural, contemporary performances, martial arts demos, Filipino flavors of food and drink, paintings, photography, face painting and crafts for kids, music, and dance. Deadline June 22nd, for table reservations, FMA Schools, Performers, Artists, Non-Profit, Businesses. Deadline July 7th for Sponsorship Opportunities. We are looking for some volunteers to help organize towards our exciting 3 hour event Kathara is looking for people to look after table during their performance, face painters for kids and a little stage help. Food will be provided for volunteers. We are looking for Filipino-Canadian martial arts schools, dancers, singers, musicians, djs, visual artists, writers, poets, actors, comedians, non-profit organizations, for profit organizations, restaurants, bakeries, local/ import businesses of Filipino crafts or design, jewelry designers, fashion designers, florists, volunteers. We aim to provide publicity, promotion, technical support for artists, performers, FMA schools, and restaurants in collaboration with Kathara and CCC. Visual Artists: Any donations will be happily received in an envelope given to you at the day of event and or can be made at Kathara table. For Profit Businesses or Corporate ie.Restaurants: We suggest a donation sliding scale of $50-100. Food safety certification required for selling of food and can be brought day of event. Table will be provided at your request. Need Power? We can provide power. Donations of $100 will be featured as sponsors in poster-size program. Important Table Info: We are providing tables. At least 20 Tables with coverage for rain or shine. You need power? We can provide power! Reserve your table now! Deadline for table reservations by Friday, June 21st.First come first serve.
